1. General
SklackApp (“we” or “the company”) operates a technology platform that includes a website and a WhatsApp bot for garage management (the “Service”). This policy explains what information is collected when using the Service, how we use it, and your rights.
The Service is intended for garage owners and managers (“Users”). By registering, paying for, or using the Service, the User agrees to this policy.
2. Information we collect
- Garage owner information: When registering and paying, we collect full name, garage name, email address, phone number, and details required for receipts and invoices.
- End-customer information: To operate the bot and manage the garage, the Service processes information entered by Users or their customers, including customer names, phone numbers, registration numbers and vehicle data, service details, claims and costs. The User is solely responsible for ensuring that this information is collected lawfully and with their customers’ consent.
- Technical and automated information: Information about use of the bot and website, IP addresses, WhatsApp platform data and activity times.
3. Cookies and tracking technologies
The website may use cookies for ongoing operation, security and statistical analysis. You can block cookies through your browser settings.
4. How we use information
Information is used solely to provide garage-management services, send reminders and customer messages through the bot, collect payments and manage accounts and invoices, send technical and subscription updates and SklackApp marketing communications (which you can opt out of at any time), and improve the bot and the platform.
We do not sell or transfer personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
5. Service providers and third parties
- Meta (WhatsApp): The Service is built on the WhatsApp Business API. Information sent in chat is also subject to Meta’s privacy policy.
- Payment and invoicing providers: Credit-card details are not stored on our servers. Payments are securely processed by an authorised external PCI-DSS compliant provider, and invoices are produced through a third-party digital accounting system.
- Cloud infrastructure providers: Information is stored on secured servers of leading hosting and cloud providers.
6. Retention and security
We take reasonable technological and organisational measures to protect personal information and garage data from unauthorised access or disclosure. Information is kept while your subscription is active or for as long as legally required, such as invoice retention under tax law.
7. Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, Users may request access to information held about them and request its correction or deletion. For these requests: Royexes7@gmail.com.
8. Policy changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The binding version is the most current version published on this website.
